Create ECAT image files with this tool.
dft2img is a small, simple application specially designed to help you create an image file in ECAT 6 or 7.2 format, with contents from the TACs specified in a DFT file. Extension of output image filename (.img or .v)determines which image format is used.
Image area is divided into equally sized rectangles, containing as pixel values the regional TAC values.Only one plane is written to image. Frames are written as specified in the DFT file. If ROI filename is specified, the rectangular regions are defined in it.
