EditByBSEditor: Removes areas of unwanted content in an effort to clean up and simplify Gmail. I use Gmail religiously and a few tiny things were bugging me, so I decided I'd remove/modify a few of them using CSS. Think of it as a fan made "Gmail Labs" feature.
Current Changes:
- Removal of user's name in expanded Chat widget.
- Removal of hidden graphic beside the status Box in the chat widget.
- Chat widget spacing changes.
- Removal of footer tips.
- Footer information spacing has been modified and is now left aligned instead of center aligned.
- Removal of "Invite a Friend" widget.
For an even more simplified Gmail experience, go to your Gmail settings and enable the Labs feature "Hide Read Labels". If you have a lot of labels like I do, this does wonders for sidebar clutter!
