Java application for browsing hierarchical text files
KegHier is an advanced application designed for browsing and searching functional hierarchies in KEGG BRITE. It handles specially formatted text files, called hierarchical text files. The default files are shown in the file list on the left, and additional files may be obtained from the KEGG web server (or the iKeg server if it is installed). You may also prepare your own hierarchical text file for use in KegHier.
