Clipper is a Rich Internet Application (RIA) that gives users more control over their use of online video, we have produced a working cross-platform desktop prototype and we plan to create mobile and web versions.
Clipper aims to fill a gap in the toolset of those who use online audio-visual media for education and research. Clipper will allow
users to identify, create, tag, mix, and manage clips from within online audio-visual resources as well as the ability to add their own textual notes.
